Slabbert Knifemaking is the workshop of Kenneth Slabbert. As a qualified mechanical engineer, I bring the skills and expertise to make quality knives based on engineering and material science. I have had love and fascination for knives since childhood. This naturally evolved into the desire to make them myself to bring to life my vision for the ideal knife.

I focus on handmade kitchen knives with a balance of performance and simplicity however I have a broad range of interests. All knives are handmade by me in South Africa
